Drinking coffee has become a crucial part of the daily routine of many people. Coffee has been proven to have some medical benefits such as reducing risk of diabetes or heart attack in healthy people. However, if you belong to the following groups, you may want to limit your caffeine intake.
Uncontrolled high blood pressure or irregular heart beat.
If you have gastric ulcer or acid reflux problem.
Insomnia or anxiety.
Chronic migraine or headache.
Women with painful breast especially during pre menstrual period.
For healthy adult, daily consumption of not more than 400mg of Caffeine is considered safe (about 2 to 3 cups of coffee depending on the types of coffee). However do take note that other food and beverages including soft drink, chocolate, tea, energy drink contain Caffeine too.
